Saw it on Ebay

Knew it had potential

Wanted it

Bid on it

Got out bid :(

Bid on it again

Waited...

Won it! $368.79

Went to NH to get it

My son drove me there

With his girlfriend

Got it home

Checked it out

Wondered what I had gotten into!

But never doubted my purchase!

Even with the crack in the roof!

Started cleaning it out

Checking out what it would need

Windows for sure!

Yanked out the carpet, gross!

Bleached the inside

many, many coats of bleach!

got rid of nearly everything!

Son pressure washed it

and pressure washed it

and pressure washed it...

funny huh??

and Voila!

Even pressure washed...

the inside!

Jacked it up to straighten roof crack

and fiberglassed all the damage

shiny insulation, makes a good pattern 2

for later when I cut the plywood floor

Put a new vent in the roof

fixed some cosmetic inside roof damage

got rid of all old wood, doors etc

put in new drawers, 5 total

another recycled drawer

the essential microwave!

and a slide out shelf for new stove

testing out the roof vent!

needed a break and did some sewing!

cool new table, faux finished woodgrain!

recycled cupboard doors too

closet solution- much better!

recycled cabinet in the back

needed more counter space

and got rid of propane stove anyway

now I have a place for my laptop!

Table fits against the back cabinet

gives some extra storage

and will still make a bed if needed

added another shelf

got the floor tile in

more recycled doors

and finally some glass in the windows

Put in a new light

leaving this open for a laundry basket

Liking this glass! New screens too.

Temporary front and back windows for now

Solution to the door window problem

it works, and will get upholstered later

got all the cushions made & upholstered

Got the fridge in- perfect fit

and a new sink too!

Shelf across the top front

Back dinette area

back shelf holds blankets and so forth

front shelf has a cool flip down TV

put in city water connection and cable!

shoe holder stores bath stuff etc

container fits perfect and has wheels!

Sometimes you just have to have cute!!

Hmm, did you help with this project? LOL

Got that middle cupboard door finished

Edges are dried grass like other ones

Covered the shelves in "shingle" fabric

used old kids skis for the shelf lip

Had to do blue trim to match the skis!

covered the homemade vent flange

got the door fan box upholstered

and the all too important curtain up!

store ran out of brackets, I'm 2 short!

first step of constructing a screen door

built from PVC, screen and fabric

folds flat against closet when not used

Inside view of it open

Outside view of it open

Built a box for the messy stuff

Box does double duty as a table!!

covered with a marine naugahyde flooring

and the chairs fold and fit perfectly!

Awning copied from James Brannens idea!

Got the awning up today

Works well, attaches easily

total cost, about $20!

Close up of the PVC configurartion

and of the flag pole brackets

3 of these on roof for awning to snap to

Shady and looks cool too!

Got that fiberglass repair area sanded

and painted- not bad for now!

Put "Eternabond" around the vent flange
(the upsidedown container on the vent is temporary till I can check that nothing is leaking!)

Replaced the door handles

with screen door handles, worked fine!

AND FINALLY..... I made peace...

with these seams!

I ended up stenciling them with...

spray paint and could not be happier!

Got all the lights and or lens' replaced

spray painted a chalk board on the door

I installed the windows myself

sandwiched the plexi between the frames

made a cutout in the back plexiglass

to leave room for an air conditioner

and made covers to protect the plexi!

C installed

still have some cosmetic work to do..

and heres the inside shot

inside is finished, works and no leaks!
