Cake Decorating!!
Well-I took my first real decorating class last night...and I have to say it can be a little nerve-racking!!
Just a word of advice...when decorating, be sure that it is well thought out and well-planned!! Once you start that first design...it's hard to start over sometimes...so you gotta improvise; which is what I've done with the Grad Cake...the finished product was not the original design that I planned on, but I'm pleased! And I know that it will only get better!!

Well, well...thought I couldn't do it...but I did...I can make roses!! I LOVE to make roses!! If I can get past keeping ALL of the crumbs out of my icing, I'll be doing really GOOD!!
