Welcome! As last year, we will be using Taylor Publishing and their online publishing software, StudioWorks to produce an awesome yearbook filled with terrific pictures of your children.

Please make your check out to MPE PTA and send it in an envelope with the following information written on the envelope.

We Want Your Pictures!!!!

Please take the time to read the following information explaining how photographs need to be forwarded to us.

*First and foremost we want pictures of the kids in groups,singles,pairs,functions, etc. and we need to see their faces. We can use all school activities, inside or outside, day or night.

* Please give the photographs a Title with grade level, teacher, and activity. Example: 4wickerSEM. This tells us 4th grade, Ms. Wicker, SEM and will help us place the pictures in the yearbook correctly. The pictures can be of a grade level activity or mixed grade levels. You can group pictures in a titled folder if sending on a cd or flash drive. For example: Science on a Cart second grade. If you choose to upload on StudioWorks, then the pictures need to be individually labeled.

How To Get Pictures To Us

We will only be able to accept "edited" pictures via Flash Drive, CD or by uploading to StudioWorks.

a. Please mark your name on each flash drive/CD (it will be returned) and enclose in an envelope/Ziploc with Family name, child's name, teacher and grade marked clearly on the outside of the envelope/Ziploc.

2. StudioWorks website: (can be a little time consuming, but is fairly straight forward.)

b. The screen will say StudioWorks. Click on the words public upload on the bottom right.
