Voices For Children Foundation, Inc., the fundraising arm of the 11th Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program, held its first Be A Voice Soccer Tournament on January 22, 2011, raising much needed dollars and awareness of Miami-Dade County’s children in Foster Care.
“As the only organization that touches the lives of all of Miami-Dade County's foster care children, Voices was delighted to have a little fun while raising awareness for these valuable children,” said Nelson F. Hincapie, Voices For Children President and CEO.
Voices would like to thank the tournament’s sponsors for their support and aid in kicking child abuse to the curb: Alf's Collections, Bogosse, Flower Exchange, La Dolca Vita, Space Floral, Pulsar Media, Simply Healthcare Plans, and Stambul.
A special thanks to Confucio Express, Julian Otero, Margarita Hormaza, Kemikal Hours, Las Senadoras de Republica Deportiva, Soccer Locker and Soccer Planet for their support in making this event a huge success!
