Thank you for joining us on Saturday, April 9th for our 2011 Birmingham Walk MS at Homewood's Central Park. Without a doubt, this year's Birmingham Walk MS was the best one yet! While we are still receiving donations here at our office (and entering them into our online system), we can say that as of July 25th, we are currently moving toward our 2011 goal of $181,000. We are nearing $170,000 in total donations including fundraising, paper shoe sales, and corporate sponsorship. The funds raised will be used in our Chapter's efforts to create a world free of MS. You're fundraising efforts are making a significant impact on the lives of the 6,300 people living with MS (and their families) in Alabama and Mississippi. We commend your efforts!
