About the 202 Dryden Road Apartments:

On Floor 2, you will find the four bedroom units Apartment A and Apartment B. These are both long apartments with all rooms off a central hallway. The living rooms are at the front of the apartment, facing Dryden Road. The smallest bedroom also faces Dryden Road. The Living Rooms and Front Bedrooms have built-in air conditioners. There are 2 more bedrooms along the hall of the apartment, then a large bathroom with sink, toilet, and tub/shower, and a smaller half-bathroom with sink and toilet across from the full bath. At the rear of the apartment you will find the kitchen, complete with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and the final bedroom.

On Floor 3, you will find a large ten-bedroom unit, Apartment C. This is a U-shaped apartment, and the entry is in the central living area. Each side of the apartment has 5 bedrooms. The East side has a kitchen at the rear of the apartment and one full bathroom (tub/shower, sink, toilet). The West side has one full and one half (sink and toilet) bathroom. The living room has 2 built in air conditioners, and Rooms 34 and 35, which face Dryden Road, also have their own built in air-conditioners.
