we had a wonderful vacation, 12 days, in your lovely villa. All the "tiny" but meaningful little things like byciles, bath clothes, champagne and hot drink glasses, pool/terrace/dock, furnitures, TV sourround system, kitchen equipments etc.made our holliday even more enjoyable than we have ever dreamed.

Despite the coldest weather in 30 years, we had a wonderful sojourn in Ft. Lauderdale! The house is comfortable and charming, and we appreceated the amenities, and little touches.

Wir sitzten bei stroemendem Regen (is ja klar, Schmales sind wieder da...) und finden es super kuschelig und saugemuetlich.

Alles ist perfekt, super Ausstattung, wir fuehlen uns wie zu Hause (Dieter raeumt die Kueche auf...) ich liege auf dem Sofa... also wie zu Hause.

Ihr wisst ja, Jhr werdet uns nie wieder los.

A wonderful place to share with friends a home from home, well equipped and all to hand. Brilliant location easy walking + recomended taking the bikes out for a spin.

Love the deck, great for a glass or two of champagne as the sun goes down.

Wir kamen als 8 urlaubsreife Hamburger zu ihnen in ihr traumhaftes Haus.

Nun nach 10 Tagen der Entspannung, ist es fuer uns soweit, dass wir dieses leib gewonnene Fleckchen Erde hinter uns lasse, aber immer in guter Erinnerung haben werden. Wir bedanken uns und hoffen bald wieder in den Genuss zu kommen BBQ, Pool, tolles Wetter, Kayak und die heimelige Atmosphaere ihres Hauses erleben zu duerfen.

We have spent a wonderful week on holiday at your beautiful home. We were fortunate to have lots of nice weather, but even during the couple rainy afternoons, your home provided a comfortaple and enjoable place for us to relax indoors with the family. This was our first trip away with our daughter, and the crib, highchair, toys and baby gates provide much ease and peace of mind, that we were able to make ourselves as comfortable as we are at home. Leider, leider ist heute fuer uns der Abreisetag schon gekommen. Abreise von einem traumhaft schoenen Urlaub, in einem traumhaft schoenen Ferienhaus, im wunderschoenen Fort Lauderdale. In Ihrem wundervollen, kompfortablen, super ausgestatteten Ferienhaus haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefuehlt. Wir sind beide der Meinung, das wir uns noch nie so gut in einem Urlaub erholt haben wie diesmal. Vielen Dank dafuer, dass Sie Ihren Gaesten alles so vertrauensvoll und wohl vorbereitet ueberlassen.

Your home has been wonderful! We secaped the long winter from New Englnad to enjoy 5 sun-filled days, which we got over Easter weekned. My two sons loved fishing off the dock and my senior daughter and her 3 friends loved the activities of the strip and diners on Las Olas Blvd. My husband and I definitely took your advice and enjoyed a glass of wine  each eveningon the dock!

Thank you for the warm welcome and the great information you provided. Most of all, thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful time in with our kids (and the weather was perfect!).  There was never a shortage of things to do around town, in and here at the house.  We enjoyed trips to the zoo, children’s museum, local beach/playgrounds and even managed some time to do a bit of shopping at the outlet mall!  The kids loved the house – the pool, the swings, and the space to runaround.  We loved relaxing by the pool.  The house was perfect for our two families and was a comfortable place to return to after every outing.  Thanks for your warm welcome after a hectic travel day (the wine, juice and cookies were a welcome sight!) and also for helping in our planning before we arrived.

We look forward to staying at your place again if our travels take us back to the Lauderdale area.  We would definitely recommend your place to our friends.

nachdem wir am 27.9. geschlagene 10 Stunden fliegen mussten, um in ihrem wunderschönen Heim anzukommen und Familie Köhler uns nur das Beste erzählte stieg die Spannung und voallem die Erwartung. Ich kann nicht sagen, dass wir enttäuscht wurden. Mit einem Fuß im Haus fühlten wir uns entspannt und wohl. Wir warenalle der Meinung, dass es sich wirklich sehrl lohnt 10 Stunden zu fliegen, wenn einen ein solches Huas mit Pool erwartet. Für uns ist dies der erste große Urlaub und derAufenthalt in "Villa Venezia" war wirklich ein gelungener Anfang. Wir freuen uns eventuell nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
