We are 3 generations of Knoxes that are using our love of running to aide Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca in a fundraising campaign. We sincerely hope that you will support our efforts to help the camp make some necessary updates to continue serving Iowa District East.

You will have the opportunity to run one, two or three miles with us onto Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca grounds. Shuttles from camp will take you out to the mile marker of your choice. Be at camp by 3:45 PM on September 6th to catch the three mile shuttle.
