Hello Everyone, Once again we hit some stormy weather in AR. Just had an AWESOME tailgate BBQ with AR-C and AR-L along with some District Staff. PLUS Greg and Tina McKinney stopped by. We picked up 6 bikes however not all of them are riding to California with us. But we are glad to have them. I know there are not that many comments this year, We just have been having so much fun and by the time we all turn in its so late to get online. Russell and I are glad we added that extra day because it has given riders a chance to go see things, things that may not be able to see on the way back because of where they live and are going after PHX. But it has not given us more time to relax. We are us before day break and talking among our selves at night. We sure hopeto see everyone again next year not to mnton the ones we are meeting along the way that are thinking about it.

Hope everyone is ready for a great ride. Some of us only have three weeks until heading down to Wrightsville Beach. For those who havent riden with us, Please have a Emergency Info form filled out and put in a zip lock bag stored in the left front pocket. I would be nice to have one in your wallet as well. God forbid something hapens, we may not always stop with the bike. As for my self, I have a Medical ID tage (DOG TAGS), a Medical ID braclet (2) and on wallet informaton card with multiple pages to list important information. It may be to late but if you look under sponsors, you will find American Medical ID... After knowing some one whoing mulitple people crash with one pinned under a truck (died), its a Great idea to have information everywhere. The first EMT's ae required to do is CUT clothing away. There goes the jacket zipper Rescue ID tag and the wallet. so then they will see your wrist and dog tag with your medical information. This is something that has become very important to me and feel every one needs to have. We just never know when something will happen. Just recently Faye and Mike went down and faye was badly injured. Thank God she walked away... so please, consider it but at least for now, have the paper verson in your wallet and bike.

Counting down the days and ready to do it again. Will meet in Conway. Very much looking forward to this trip with my brothers and a cousin and how many more I can talk into coming with me this year. Looking forward to meeting the friends I met last year and meeting new ones. Going to California but will not go into Mexico. Have a good Wing day to you all.

Brian, I am looking forward to joining you and the group at Moriarity, NM and riding to Phoenix and on to CA. I am sure there will be several from New Mexico on this leg of the trip. Looks like you have changed the route a little this year. Should be fun. Ride safely and I'll see you in Moriarity.

Frank L, This is an organized / un-organized ride to visit the GWRRA HQ in Phoenix. Brian and Russ have designated nightly stops with events at each stop along the way but everyone is free to ride the roads they choose to get there. We normally link up into small groups of 5-9 motorcycles of like minded riding styles for the daily rides. You are free to move between the groups or start/lead your own group. If you review the stop points the main hotels with rates are listed but you're free to stay where you want. We'll have some riders camp along the way too. Hope this helps. The trip, other than dates and motels listed doesn't give a lot of info. Are we fending for ourselves along the way as far as hotels and food. Is this an organized ride, ie. assigned groups with lead rider/tail gunner. How many in a group, chase vehicle???????? HELP! We would like to participate but need some particulars.
