In one of my earlier posts (Displaying Your Lego) I told about displaying minifigures , but now I am talking about displaying your collection! First this you need is a very large desk , or a smaller size depending on your collection. The next thing is important , but not necessary. That step is covering the top of your desk with baseplates. They provide lots of great things , like keeping minifigures and sets in perfect order. Without baseplates , minifigures and sets would easily fall over , especially minifigures with weapons or sets like an AT-ST that could fall over and break if its not on a secure plate. It also makes your collection look professional. You do need to use double-sided tape or make some to put on the bottom of the baseplate so it does not move. You also need the use small plates to connect multiple baseplates together. Now back to the topic. You need to put smaller , low-to-the-ground sets in front , and the bigger , taller sets in the back so that the big ones don't block the little ones from view. Doing this is also good because bigger , taller sets are more likely to be bumped when someone's viewing your collection and they will fall to their doom. You can also build battles with the sets and figures you have. But you need to confine minifigures and the battle to a specific space so you have more room for other sets.

You also need the leave a big space for MOCs or new sets. Notice that my larger sets are in the back.
Snowspeeder
If the battle you've created involves flying ships or anything like that. To do that you should attach a transparent piece to the thing you want it to fly around and add a mini-model of it the the transparent part. I recommend attaching them to large models though.
Well this is my post , hope you like it. Please comment , GOD BLESS!!!!! (P.S. Please send me some posts I am running out of stuff to post!)
Up High
If you have one of these boxes that has a baseplate for a lid , you can put mini sets , minifigures , small starships , or anything that fits on it. I put the stuff that doesn't fit in the collection on that plate.
