Lego Magnets
Lego magnets are , well , Lego magnets! The originals were magnetic bricks , then minifigures with magnets in the legs. Later , Lego got the great idea of making it normal minifigures standing on magnetic bricks. These were removeable and great for collecting minifigures. But , Lego had to glue the figures to the magnets because Hasbro said that the removable figures were too much like their action figures (to see all the details , go to http://5000bricks.shutterfly.com/whylegomagnetsareglued ). I own a magnet set and I made sure that mine were removeable , but I do plan on buying a glued set next time I go to the Lego store (though , sadly there are none near my area).
