Please remember that all of our games in Little Rock will all be played at Burns Park. The address for your GPS is 95 Burns Park Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118.
We play on Saturday at 9:45 am (home team, field 4) and 1:15 pm (Away team, field 4). We play on Sunday at 8:30am (Away team, field 9). See you all in Little Rock!
If you are staying the team hotel. we are at the Courtyard Marriott at 521 President Clinton Avenue, Little Rock.

In heat 75 degrees or higher, add 1-2 glasses per hour of sport participation.
Ex: if you weight 140lbs - you should be drinking 14-15 glasses of water within 24 hours of participating in your sporting event.
These kids, on average, need to drink 1-3 glasses of water per hour while not at camp - at least 1-2 per hour during camp. I would recommend one sports drink prior to, (gatorade or similar), and 1 after. This varies with weight obviously, the older kids need the higher amount, while the younger kids don't sweat as well, their bodies don't need the high amounts, hence the weight chart.
