I am so excited! I get to replicate the game I played as a young girl, in the form of cake!!! This order is due this Saturday so I will have photos up after that! Yeah!!!

Since then, we have been in contact here and there!

Hello everyone! I am booking up fast this year for Valentine's Day! Please get your orders in right away!!!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake Cupcakes with a Sweet Powdered Sugar Glaze Drizzle

Good morning everyone! Welcome to my site! I plan to blog about the ongoing creations with cupcakes!!!

I love baking! I have been baking with my grandma since before I could walk...I had the most important job; licking the spoon!

In my blogs I will share recipes and discuss shortcuts so that you may "try this at home". I want to help everyone tap into their sweet creativity!

This week we have an order for three dozen birthday cupcakes for my dear neighbor. She requests that they are elegant but encourages me to have full creative control on this one. LOVE HER!!! So I was thinking we could do a Banana cake cupcake with a Cream Cheese Frosting for one of the flavors and then since we already have the Cream Cheese Frosting...let's pair that flavor with the ever popular Red Velvet!!!

For the third flavor, I want to do something non-traditional...how about a Cinnamon Coffee Cake with a Butter Vanilla Frosting? I think I can pull that off!

Any ideas from ya'll???

This is a very special even that is dear to my heart. My friend Mike and I have been really great friends for years and we lost contact for a while. Recently, we found each other on Facebook and he let me know that he and his partner were about to have a baby through a surrogate!!!

They have been scammed a couple times in the process but now it is for real!!! A little baby girl is going to join their family very soon!

I am so honored that he chose me to do the Cupcakes for their baby shower!

UPDATE: No longer are we doing Fairy Garden theme, we are now doing Butterfly.

Zito's on 17th will be doing a three night three couse meal in celebration of Valentine's Day. It is 39.99 per person and will include set options for salad or soup, entree (one of which is Filet Mignon), and Flourless Chocolate Cake (my recipe). This is the best deal in town!!!

Oh! Did I mention it also comes with a glass of Champagne!!!
