Welcome to the Fall '08 Semester

I would like to welcome you back to Amati Conservatory for the 2008-09 Academic Year.

This year, we have made some improvements:

1.   One semester is now 19 weeks (instead of 18). This will enable students to continue their lessons with less interruption.

2.   The Young Artist Program is replaced with the Customized Program. You can now register exactly for the classes that you wish to take.

3.   It used to be that piano accompaniment was included in the fee of “Performances”. We have separated them now, so that only those who need accompanist will pay for piano accompaniment fee. For non-pianists, please make sure to register for the “Piano Accompaniment” in addition to “Performances”. Piano Accompaniment will give you twelve 30m. accompaniment sessions per semester. If you feel that that is too much for you, you can arrange the rehearsals directly with an accompanist and not register for “Piano Accompaniment” through the school. If you need more than twelve sessions, you can arrange directly with the accompanist and pay him/her directly for the extra rehearsals.

The registration fee is only $30 for those who register by Aug. 20, 2008. Please take advantage of this and register early. Early registered students will receive priority in scheduling their lessons as well.

I look forward to an exciting year ahead of us and seeing you at the Amati Conservatory.
