2013 Summer Session Options
Session includes covers your pre-session consultation and booking, session photo capture, image editing, minor retouching, online proof gallery, and photo CD. The Session Fee is paid on the day of your appointment. Cash is preferred. Cancellations from the client need to be made 7 days in advance to give time to rebook that session. If weather hinders the session from taking place, the session will be re-booked at no charge.
Session I
$65.00 includes:
- 30 min session for up to 4 people ($10 for each additional person)
- CD containing 40 high resolution images with a print release
- Session pictures uploaded on personal Shutterfly page that will be available for 10 days for friends and family to view and purchase pictures.
* This package includes one one clothing option and is best for couples, children over 8, teenagers, seniors, and adults. This session is photographed at my location in Stony Point, NC.
Session II
$85.00 includes:
- 1 hour session for up to 4 people ($10 for each additional person)
- CD containing 60 high resolution images with a print release
- Session pictures uploaded on personal Shutterfly page that will be available for 10 days for friends and family to view and purchase pictures.
-Travel fees: (If session is over 10 miles.) $2.00 per mile one way
* This package includes two clothing options and is best for small families, children under 8, Bridals, lots of props, Engagements, model portfolios, maternity and newborns. This session can be photographed at one of my locations in Stony Point, in your home or at another location of your choosing (Travel fees may apply).
Session III
$130.00 includes:
- 1 1/2 hour session
- CD containing up to 85 high resolution images with a print release
- Session pictures uploaded on personal Shutterfly page that will be available for 10 days for friends and family to view and purchase pictures.
-Travel fees: (If session is over 10 miles.) $2.00 per mile one way
* This package includes three clothing options and is best for larger families, variety of themes/locations/props,and commercial business. This session can be photographed at one of my locations in Stony Point, in your home or at another location of your choosing (Travel fees may apply).
Session IV
$180.00 includes:
- 2 hours session
- CD containing up to 135 high resolution images with a print release
- Session pictures uploaded on personal Shutterfly page that will be available for 10 days for friends and family to view and purchase pictures.
-Travel fees: (If session is over 20 miles.) $2.00 per mile one way
* This package includes four clothing options and is best for larger families, family reunions, birthday parties, business events, wedding showers, baby showers, sports events, etc. This session can be photographed at several different locations around Stony Point, in your home or at another location of your choosing (Travel fees may apply).
Wedding Session

Base $750.00 includes:
- 5 hours of photographer on location at your wedding
- CD containing up to 300 high resolution images with a print release
- Session pictures uploaded on personal Shutterfly page that will be available for 3 weeks for friends and family to view and purchase pictures.
Build on your Base with these additional Wedding Options:
- Additional Hours on Wedding Day: $85.00 per hour, includes additional 40 photos per extra hour
- Engagement Photos: CD of 60 photos/1 hr session $85.00 (Session II)
- Bridal Portrait Session: 1 hour photo session with CD of 60 photos $85.00 (Session II)
- Travel fees: (If event is over 10 miles.) $2.00 per mile. Should the wedding event be over a 2 hour drive, hotel accommodations will need to be provided by the client.
Maternity Sessions
Maternity Session are recommended at the following times and can be booked with Session I or Session II depending on location.
1- at 4-6 months
1- at 7-9 months
1- baby shower or in the hospital photos
1- Newborn at 1-4 weeks postpartum
Additional:
- Travel fees: (If event is over 10 miles.) $2.00 per mile- CD's can be picked up from my home at no charge or I can mail it to you for $2.
- $25.00 charge on all return checks.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone and any point before or during the shoot.
- Cancellation Policy is subject to fees. See below.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the ever changing weather in North Carolina. The photographer will determine if weather will be an issue for your scheduled shoot and contact you on that day close to your time to reschedule if rain occurs during your session time.
Due to the additional steps to fill in a replacement client at late notice, if a client cancels a photo session appointment for any reason, an email or message must be sent at least 72 hours prior to the appointment, so that there will be a greater opportunity to schedule another person for that time and open dates will be sent to the client to rebook. If a client cancels a session two times in a row, does not show to an appointment without notice, or cancels once a session has begun, a $25 non-refundable booking fee must be paid to hold another appointment. The $25 non-refundable booking fee will go towards that specific re-booked session unless that session is also cancelled by the client. If that cancellation should occur, the fee can not be refunded and is non-transferable to additional sessions.
Payments for sessions are given to pay for creative talent and service /use of photographer, session time, use of equipment editing of photos, a CD and a print release. Due to this custom service, refunds are not issued once the session has begun. All sales are final.
