Giving Tree Daycare is an enriching, well-structured in-home licensed daycare and early childhood program designed for creative play, social interaction, educational development and learning. Each child's unique talents will be individualized through art & my specialized curriculum.

I will encourage each child's natural curiosity by incorporating imaginative play, crafts, and healthy cooking into our days. These activities will focus primarily on academic & art skills, but also motor skills, social, and emotional growth.

Your child's safety, health, emotional and physical needs will always be met. They will receive one-on-one attention in a loving home environment and I will organize developmentally-appropriate schedules and activities for each child in my care.

About Me: ♥ Amy K ♥

My experience includes a solid work history of 15+ years in infant, child, and adolescent care. It has always been my dream to own and operate an in-home Licensed Daycare. In the past I have worked as a Licensed Daycare Assistant/Substitute, a Home Health Care Aid for special needs children, a Professional Nanny, and as an Elementary Special Ed Paraprofessional. I look forward to speaking with you & setting up a time to tour my licensed daycare.

I enjoy gardening, interior decorating, reading, hiking, and camping with my husband and our three children (ages: infant, preschooler & school age).

This endorsement verifies my commitment to provide a healthy, safe, and green/eco-friendly daycare setting for the children and families I serve. My in-home licensed daycare is the first Eco-Healthy Daycare in the Elk River area.

Curriculum

Children 1-10 years old will learn about the world around them through science, music, art, seasonal activities/crafts and more!

Children 3-5 years old will also explore colors, shapes, numbers, and letters with my preschool curriculum.
