Cheer Family,
Thanks for your patience on retreat information. My father passed away last Sunday, and details and arrangements have been a whirlwind! However, not to be deturred...a retreat for the kids is in store!
4/21 - 3:00 PM Meet Coach Polo in the Atrium of the Holiday Inn Northwest
4/22 - Pick-up your cheerleader or Mascot between 10:00 & 11:00 AM
**The team has a packing list. Dinner and continental breakfast provided.

P.S. Remember that cell phone use is restricted during the retreat. I will have my cell phone with me at all times should an emergency arise.

Uniform fitting will be in room 11. Newbies first @ 3:00. Returnees 4:30 - 5:00. Should go quickly this year. Hope you are all having a Fabulous weekend!!

Cheer Family,
**Just a reminder - Tonight we will have a brief meeting (30 minutes tops) for new cheerleaders and their parents. If your child is a returning member to the team, you do not need to attend this meeting. I will distribute new handbooks with returnees on Friday in cheer class when they arrive back from the printer. Take care.

We are excited to see you all today! We are still finalizing where we are holding practice today. I will let you know as soon as I hear back! Sorry for the delay.

Cheer Family,
An exciting opportunity for our Cheerleaders & Mascots! Kristin (varisty rep) and I have arranged a visit, meet & greet, practice with the UT Cheerleaders & Coaches. Originally scheduled for 2/29 4:30 - 6:30, however, just got word that they want us to come Monday 2/27 instead as they will be in the Erwin Center on 2/29. As their practice season ends at spring-break, this really is the last opportunity to commune and learn with / from them. So, the new cheer squad parent meeting will be 2/28 6:00 -7:00 in room 334 instead of 2/27. In addition, there is no transportation provided to this event.
*****Therefore, if your Cheerio / mascot wants to go, please e-me, let me know their transportation is secure with an adult, and I will put them on the field trip list releasing them at 3:45 on Monday. FYI- This practice is closed to parents. It is for cheerleaders, mascots, and coach only. LMK
