ARRR is doing a great service for the orphans at Mahadeva ashramam. These children-the unwitting victims of war- have to be adopted by the Tamil community as a whole. There are many such children in many orphanages that are struggling for funds. More such institutions have to come up to cater to the needs of other war affected- the disabled and the widows.
