Why stay in a small hotel when you can have a large condo for almost the same price?
The size and setup up of the condo allows for multiply families, reunions, retreats.
It is centrally located near downtown North Conway. The outlets, shopping, dining, hiking, biking and more are all very close by.
The condo is fully furnished! The only thing you need to bring is your personal items and food!
It has HDTVs with DVD players in the living room and master bedroom, which includes wireless internet!
The loft room has TV/DVD/VHS combo with cable. The bunk room has a TV/VCR/DVD combo (no internet).
In the main bedroom there is a queen and a twin, in the bunk room there are two sets of bunks twin over queen and in the loft there is a queen and a set of twin bunks.
It has two full baths (one with jacuzzi tub). Microwave / dishwasher / gas grill /washer / dryer
Large end unit with deck and "shared" firepit. Parking for two cars at unit / more in overflow area.
$125-$200 per night depending on dates and number of occupants.
One night refundable security deposit required.
