What a close one....way to go A's. you boys did great and never gave up. i'm so proud of you. that was a classy move by Haiden and Coach Jon to apologize to that player after the collision between 2nd and 3rd. No A's player i've ever coached would ever intentionally injure another player and i'm glad he was ok - as well as the 1st basemen that Mason upendended.....now Haiden and Mason...if we can get you to hit that hard in football this year we should do well.

congratulations to the Yankees. they played a great game and deserve that hard fought victory.

The rainout game from Tuesday night, May 5th, has been rescheduled for Saturday May 30th @ 3:00pm.

Coach Jon WILL be wearing the PINK jersey at Saturdays game. Eric, DO NOT bring your camera.

Please join us at the Cabot Community Center at 6pm, Saturday May 2nd, for swimming & pizza.  Pizza will be provided for everyone (including parents & siblings).  Everyone is welcome at the pool.  Pool fees for the players will be paid for.  There is a $3 fee per person, if the parents or siblings want to swim.

I couldn't be more proud of our Team and our Coaches. When we play together as a team and do what we're supposed to do on the bases and in the batters box and with our gloves we are definitely a team to be reckoned with. Last night was the first night this season that every player in our line up got a hit and it made a big difference on the score board. Cade and Colby - there's no stopping you guys now. i could mention something spectacular that every single player on our team did last night but that would take forever....TEAMWORK TEAMWORK TEAMWORK - let's remember that going forward. the Yankees are a great team and played a great game. thanks to their team and coaches for the class and sportsmanship they displayed last night. Keep your heads up & hang in there guys.  It is just the beginning of the season.  Y'all are doing great.  You are only going to get better throughout the season.  Mason, we missed you today!!!! You guys are an awesome group of kids.  I enjoy working with y'all.   

The batting practice we had at The Hit Zone in Ward on Wednesday 4/8 was a huge success. Thank you Coach Matt for reserving the cage and financing the endeavor. We were able to spend some intensive time breaking down the batting stances and swing styles of some of our key players. The boys responded well and improvements were obvious with all players present hitting big in the cage. Thank you parents for taking the time and energy to make the practice and thank you boys for your hard work. The A’s highly recommend The Hit Zone to any team that needs practice at the plate. Joe Eddington Runs a classy place and always treats us very well.   –Coach Tony

The A's took 2nd place in the preseason tournament.  They showed a lot of potential, enthusiasm & talent.  We are going to have a great season, guys!!!!!
