Materials are primarily copper, sterling silver, and brass. The majority is by students with one semester or less experience in metalworking.

An accurate paper model was essential in the creation of this sterling silver ring. The components were etched while flat, then formed to squares and soldered together. The linear element and bezel were soldered, then finally the stone set.

With patience and ingenuity, almost any shape can be created from metal. This copper tulip is formed with two pierced and sunken discs, a spiculum, and two fold-formed leaves.

The mokume-gane 'wheel' was patterned separately, then cold-connected with a copper and brass fabricated 'seat.'
