A temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued by the City of Clearwater on June 2, 2011, which allowed the Carlisle Imaging Center, Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center and Dr. Blumencrantz to begin their move into the building. By the end of June, each of the offices had begun seeing patients.
