New construction of a 100,000 SF - four story building on the campus of Morton Plant Mease Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. The project will include breast imaging centers on the ground floor, with future medical office space on the three floors above.

Pictured, bottom right, is the Medical Office Building, completed and open for business. Substantial Completion was obtained June 10, 2011. A temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued by the City of Clearwater on June 2, 2011, which allowed the Carlisle Imaging Center, Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center and Dr. Blumencrantz to begin their move into the building. By the end of June, each of the offices had begun seeing patients.
