I know the weekend doesn't officialy start until Thursday......

Here is our normal meeting place for most of the "NY Crew", the Lee, Ma Service area on the Mass. Pike....at 6:45am!!!! WAIT, WHAT are Alan & Elaine Kemp doing here?? They are NOT here, Arlene & I bought Alan's '02 when he traded it in on his '08 Z06 at Corvette Mike's.

Our second stop of the trip is for a hearty breaklfast at Paul's Diner in Westford, Ma.....

and FINALLY, this is the NAME of this place!! We HIGHLY recommend it. The food was great, the service was exceptional and the price was reasonable. It's kind of a small place and they sure seemed to do a brisk business.

Safelite Auto Glas has arrived to fix Jimmy's windshield. I HAD to ask the guy if this was the "Cone of Silence" from the old Maxwell Smart TV program. He had NO idea what I was talking about.

..then installs this "Resin Injector" to push the liquid into the crack...........

..and while the resin goes in he kills time by cleaning all the OTHER glass on the car. You KNOW he got 100 invitations to do the OTHER cars there!!!

..my '02 was parked down at the FAR end of this area and the water THERE completly covered the tire up to the edge of the rim on the driver's side. I had to take my shoes off and wade thru ankle deep COLD water to get into the car. THAT woke me right up!!
