Master bedroom, kitchen and living rooms all boast panoramic ocean views. French doors lead from the living room to the beach front patio with tiled patio set and from the courtyard to the kitchen. Sit inside or outside to enjoy the ocean views or step off the patio and onto the beach for a walk on your own 6 mile secluded stretch of beach.

This is a fabulous beach. Most of the time the beach is nearly empty. The waves are safe and rip-tide free. Tide pools and hot springs in the sand are also located right on the beach. It is perfect for a family getaway, a romantic weekend or honeymoon.

Perfect location, on the beach, less than 500 yards to the hot water "Agua Caliente" hot springs which are exposed at low tide. Lots of windows facing the ocean (i wish they opened all the way open, instead of just small slide windows along the bottom) The updated look of the house makes it one of the nicest along this beautiful 6-mile bay. Irka was there to represent the owner if there were any problems. Mod. cons. all there and what my 13 yr old dubbed "the most comfortable couch in the world" as well; too bad she spent so much time on it, but hey, welcome to 13. Plenty of hot water for showing and a hose for cleaning sand off feet outside door. Yes, it's hard to get used to not flushing toilet paper down but, ve have vays of overcoming that small obstacle. Have a great time, it's a nice place in a heavenly location. :)

Me and my family had a great time, the house was very clean and cozy, we will return next year if possible. The only thing which is the toilet paper thing, its hard with small children but I know thats Mexico period so it has no reflection on this house!
