5:00-7:00 White
6:00-8:00 Navy
Our Winter Retreat is Saturday January 28 from 10 am to 3 pm. All singers are expected to attend. Please feel free to bring warm attire (hats, gloves, coats, etc...) to run around outside during break time.
I would also love to have a few parents available to help with recreation activities during the longer breaks. This could include supervision outside, organizing an indoor game, etc. The times would be from 11:15-11:45 am with the White ensemble and 11:45-12:15 for the Navy Ensemble. Please contact Megan at bcdirector@musiccenterscmi.com if you are available.
We are also in need of the following donations for lunch:(18 singers total). Boychoir will be providing the pizza.
Veggie - 1 person
Drinks - 1 person, nothing caffeinated please
Cups - 1 person
Please email Megan at bcdirector@musiccenterscmi.com if you can provide any of the above items. You can bring them to the Music Center the morning of the retreat, and we do have a refrigerator available if you need it.
Information regarding the spaghetti dinner fundraiser is below. You will receive hard copies of this information from your child as well. We are also in need of some parents to help with making 10 centerpieces as well as food preparation the day of. Please email Megan (bcdirector@musiccenterscmi.com) if you are available to help with either.
