Creston House has finished completely renovating its pool and enlarging its pool patio with new decorative tiles and pavers, including new fencing and landscaping. Creston House has also completely painted all the buildings, walkways and replaced all railings including balcony railings and sliding glass doors and screens. Also WIFI now available throughout complex.
*Our Unit 7D has been renovated with new carpet upstairs and new flooring downstairs as well as all new paint and new furniture in dining room and living room including an entertainment center with a 36" flat screen Sony television, cd player and dvd/vcr player. Also new refrigerator with icemaker this year. This unit has great views and 3 balconies with one off living room and off master bedroom and guest bedroom.
*Our Unit 5E has a new range and oven making all new appliances in kitchen as well as a new 27" flat screen television in living room.
OCEAN VILLAGE CLUB
Ocean Village Club has just finished in 2011 an extensive beautification of the grounds and buidings. All the buildings have new roofs and all have been painted including balconies and walkways and ceilings as well as a beautiful new wrought iron fence, lighted pillars in front of complex and lots o new landscaping. Both pools have been refinished and the spa has been removed due lack of interest from owners and guests. OVC has never looked better.
*Our Unit 028 has had all of its windows and sliding glass doors including screens replaced with hurricane resistant and turtle tinted glass. Really looks great and all the windows, doors and screens work effortlessly. Last year new queen size sleeper sofa and matching love seat in living room as well as new flatscreen LCD 27" television with digital box and 27" television in master bedroom with digital box.
Windjammer Condominium has just completed new roofs on all the buildings. Also installed a light at the fishing pier and a fish cleaning station and a large stainless steel communal gas grill and a Green Egg charcoal grill on the ocean sundeck for owner and tenant use.
We are always updating our unit 305. This year we have added a 42" LG flatscreen plasma television and entertainment armoire in living room as well as a 24" LCD flatscreen television/cd/dvd combo in each of the three bedrooms. All have digital cable boxes. Also a new range/oven, new microwave, new leather living room queen sleeper sofa with matching recliner and occasional chair, new large area rug & new artwork and in the third bedroom/den new upholstered queen sleeper sofa and occasional chair.
