2010 is shaping up to be the year of Drew Bezanson. The Canadian DK rider took his second big win of the year this weekend at the Toronto BMX Jam, edging out DK teammate Brett "Maddog" Banasiewicz for the win. Maddog grabbed the second place spot, followed by Chris Hughes in third, Mykel Larrin in fourth and another DK rider in fifth place, Brian Hunt. Winter X Games Europe, to be held March 10-12 in Tignes, France, will welcome 150 world-class athletes, including 30 past and present Olympians. Peetu Piiroinen wins Arctic Challenge and TTR title


Finnish contest killer Peetu Piiroinen did it again today, taking first place at the 2010 Oakley Arctic Challenge in Olso, Norway. The win on the slopestyle course at Tryvann Vinterpark also puts the Olympic Silver Medalist at the top of the global TTR rankings, earning him the overall TTR crown for the second time in his short career.
