As is the case with so many things in life, the Safire run has come to a close. Safire is the orignal and the foundational team of Buckeye. This group stayed together for nearly the entire 5 years. In that span, this group was always known as one of the OVR's best teams. More important, this group top to bottom was filled with top shelf student athletes, most of which are entertaining a wonderful variety of great choices for their college careers.
Sam, Dana, and Lauren took their OVR experience onto the floor in their senior year at Nordonia, and anchored the schools first ever conference championship, and went on to win sectionals (Districts were pending when this was written).
The impact these girls have had on their parents, fans, and eachother will never be forgotten and Buckeye of Nordonia not only thanks them, but we look forward to constant updates of the great things they are bound to accomplish in their lives!!!
