Welcome to the Hummingbird Cake Studio! We are a passionate group of individuals providing the Denver/Boulder area with cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and sweets. Our recipes include real eggs, butter, and cream, high-quality chocolate, and fresh berries or fruits when called for, resulting in an unforgettable flavor and texture. These recipes and standards of high quality have earned Hummingbird Cake Studio a 3rd place standing in the Wedding Cake competition at the 2008 Colorado Chocolate Festival for the cake entitled "Something Blue", and the 1st place ribbon for the Creative Desserts competition in the same festival for our "Chocolate Hazelnut Torte". At the 2009 Colorado Chocolate Festival "Andrea" took the title of Best Traditional Wedding Cake.
