MR. CAMPBELL'S CORNER

Save the date: Friday, May 18th will be our annual Grandparents Day along with the Spring Concert that evening.

The SPC approved that starting the next academic school year (2012-2013) High Honor Roll and Honor Roll will be applicable to only Grades 6 - 8, our Junior High grades. In order for a student to be eligible, the GPA of the student will be the determining factor. Honor Roll will be 3.6 - 3.79. High Honor Roll will be 3.8 - 4.0.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Henry Pahlkotter has accepted the call to become principal at Peace Lutheran School. Please keep him and his family in your prayers as they begin the process of moving to Saginaw, and becoming a part of the Peace community. We celebrate that God has directed him to us. On a related note, Pastor Greg Griffith, who was called to be our third pastor, has declined his call. Please keep our Call Committee in your prayers as they continue the search process for this position.

Planning ahead.....a few people have asked about the start date of school for next year. Registration Day is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, August 15 (4 pm-7 pm) and school will begin on Monday, August 27, (8:10 am) with early dismissal (11:15 am) and classroom meetings that evening.
