Dairy Institute STEM Camp
(Science, Technology, Engineering & Math)
This program was developed to provide workforce development opportunities for the dairy industry in the New York Finger Lakes region. This initiative, funded by Finger Lakes Wired, provides learning modules that increase entrepreneurship, innovation and enhance the talent of the region’s workforce in the following counties Wyoming, Genesee, Orleans, Monroe, Livingston, Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties.
How Dairy Institute STEM Camp Works
Any individuals looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in the dairy industry may apply. Campers are not required to stay overnight at camp. Sessions will begin each morning at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided or you may make your own arrangements.

Target Audience
Any youth between the ages of 16 and 18 that are looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in the dairy industry.
Instructors
Sessions will be instructed by renowned regional individuals from the dairy industry.

Cost Per Course
This Dairy Institute STEM Camp is funded 100% through a Finger Lakes Wired grant.
There is no charge to participants residing within the nine-county Finger Lakes Wired region.
Earn college credit through Alfred State College!
