OCTOBER

AS A REMINDER – Dr. Major Brad Wenstrup will be our guest speaker for our October 8 Military Support Group (MSG) Meeting. I have attached a flyer for our support group which provides details about our meeting time, location etc.

MSG Annual Picnic - Will be Saturday, October 18 at the Blue Ash Recreation Center, Noon – 4:00. We will plan to eat by 1:30p.m. Our own Howard Wilkinson will serve as grill master. Plan to bring whatever you want grilled and I promise he will do a superior job!! We also ask that you bring a covered dish to be shared with the group and drinks for your family. Alcoholic beverages are permitted however NO GLASS CONTAINERS. Paper products, utensils, condiments will be provided. Please let me know what covered dish, dessert, etc. you are planning to bring. We want to be sure we have a variety of food to choose from.

We want to extend a special invitation to all on this email to attend the picnic – especially to the other support groups in our area including Whole In My Heart Clermont County Group, Dayspring Yellow Ribbon Group, and the new Pleasant Run Group. What a wonderful time for us to all get better acquainted. We are connected in so many ways and it is our desire for us to be one big family. A special invitation also to our VA Friends and Family!!!!

Rick & Linda are a valuable asset to our MSG. Proceeds from this Funraiser will be contributed to the Taylor B. Prazynski Scholarship Fund. You will find John Prazynski behind the bar. If you have never been to the Hart’s home, you are in for a treat. Their basement is a real GAME ZONE with Pinball Machines, Juke Box and all kinds of other things to do. You have never seen so many record jackets, lunch boxes etc.!!!!

This event is a Tribute to the Veterans from the War on Terror with a ‘Special Tribute’ to the Wounded and Fallen Soldiers from our area.
