The apartment sleeps two in comfort in the twin beds in the bedroom. There is a sleep sofa in the living room for one or two people. There is also an inflatable single bed. The apartment will very comfortably accomodate three or four people.

This is the view from the terrase looking toward Rue Meynardier, the old shopping street. Almost every morning, when we are in town, we go out to Rue Meynardier or Rue Felix Faure to get fresh baguettes and croissants, oranges and grapefruits for fresh juice, and a USA Today. It is very enjoyable to eat breakfast on the terrasse.

The kitchen is clean and white with a clothes washing machine and an electic range with four burners and an oven.There is a full size refrigerator freezer. We have purchased many appliances for your convenience, including microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and a rapid brew pot.

The spacious main room boasts a sleep sofa and two sitting chairs, a computer work table, a wall unit with a 70 cm television, telephone for local calls and air conditioning. We have players for both European and US DVD's. There is a doorway to a spacious terrasse

The dining area-intimate and under the soft glow of a Provencal lamp. The table has a built in extender, so there is room to seat six. While there is an unbelievable selection of restaurants within a three minute walk from the apartment, with the Marché Forville next door, you will be tempted to cook using only fresh produce, pastas and meats, seasoned with herbes des Provence!

Our dream was to own an apartment in Cannes, home of the world renown Cannes Film Festival! We decorated our apartment with Provencal fabrics of yellow and blue and made it comfortable for us. We named the apartment "La Maison du bon moment"-- "The House of the Right Moment." And now is the right moment to rent our apartment. It is available for rental by the week during the summer and as you need during the rest of the year.

Esparence de Cannes

This is part of the performance of the Cannes concert band on June 20, 2010 as part of the Flower Festival in Le Suquet, the oldest and highest part of Cannes

Dixieland on Rue Meynadier

This is the traditional pedestrian shopping street, with bakeries, gourmet shops, wine shoppes, clothing and shoe stores and souvenirs. Our apartment is off a courtyard leading directly to this street.
