Seasons and Rates

Tuscan Nights is booking Casa di Gorizia on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, starting May 2010.  These rates reflect our 2010 launch of the rental property and are seasonally-based, as is typical for Italian holiday rental properties.

Our objective is to strive to exceed your expectations in terms of the quality and value you experience at Casa di Gorizia and prices may adjust in the future based on market conditions. Multi-week discounts are available - please inquire for details and arrangements.

2010 Mid-Season: May 1st - June 30th and December 15th - December 31st , 875 euro per week

During May and June, you'll find the poppies in full bloom and the days beginning to warm - a lovely time to visit to see the splendor of Tuscany.  The last half of December can bring snow to Montebenichi - what a special place to celebrate the holidays!

2010 High Season:  July 1st - October 30th, 995 euro per week

This is the active time in Tuscany - the sunflowers are in full show during July, and there is an excitement in the air as the more popular tourist sites are alive with excited visitors.  This is Italy on full display!  Starting in mid-September, things begin to quiet down from the tourists, but all the little towns and villages have their special 'festiva' so there's still much to do.  And, of course, October is grape harvest season, which is something not to be missed!

2010 Low-Season: November 1st - December 15th, 750 euro per week

Enjoy the olive harvest and the settling in of winter in Tuscany!  Crowds are low and access is still reasonable to the top tourist attractions in the larger cities!  A great bargain time for smart travelers.

NOTES:

All rates include cleaning of the apartment upon departure.  Additional housekeeping requested during your stay can be provided for an extra charge.

No Smoking; pets are not allowed; children allowed based upon advance discussions and arrangements.

Casa di Gorizia accommodates a maximum of 4 persons.
