Chan K'aax Nahil (Mayan for "little jungle house")

Pronounced "chan ka ash nile", this charming Mexican 2 bedroom/1 bath home is minutes away from the shimmering white sand and turquoise waters of Xcacel Beach and only a few short miles from Akumal and Tulum.  This casa sits on a private street that looks as if you opened a box of Crayola Crayons.

You will feel at ease whether enjoying the beach, little Mayan village or relaxing inside this wonderful Mayan Riviera getaway.  The small town of Chemyuil within walking distance, offers great food in several small restaurants, shopping for essentials, a laundry, library and a glimpse into a small Yucatan town's day to day living. The locals are friendly, helpful and patient with non-Spanish speaking tourists.
