Parent Volunteer "Thank You" Breakfast

  • Parent Volunteer “Thank you” Breakfast is on May 22, from 9am to 10am. If you have volunteered your time this school year, please join us for breakfast!

    We need help in afternoon Car line on Wednesday May 2. If you are able to help, please come to the front office at 2:30pm. THANK YOU!

    Teacher Appreciation Week

    May 7 to May 11 - Let's make this week special for our teachers. If you can bring in something for the teachers each day, that would be fabulous. i.e. Donuts, coffee, cookies, gift cards, etc.

    Silent Auction Help and Volunteers

    Lunch room Help!

    We are in need of Lunch Help parent volunteers. If you are interested please contact Meisha Howard at meisha.howard@caurusacademy.org Hours of help is from 10am to 12pm. THANK YOU!!!

    Playground

    We have raised enough money to get our playground. We are working to get the playground installed the week of Spring Break! How EXCITING!!! Thank you parents for all you do! We really appreciate every little and big thing!!!!

    Anyone want to organize a Parent's Night Out?

    Parents - the owners of Funtastic Fitness have offered Caurus Academy use of their facility for a Parent's Night Out in December.  The money raised from the Parent's Night Out will go towards our playground fund.  Does anyone want to organize this event?  I can help out with the coordination.  If you are interested, please contact Monica Loscalzo at loscalzofam4@gmail.com Thanks!

    Lunch HELP

    Parents! We are looking for parent volunteers to help out for hot lunch. We will need a parent volunteer from 9:30am to 11:30am. If you are interested, please contact Meisha Howard at meisha.howard@caurusacademy.org.

    PICTURE DAY

    Thank you to all the parent volunteers that helped out at picture day today! It was such a huge success and we are so grateful for all of our parent volunteers! You guys ROCK! Thanks a bunch!!!

    Upcoming events to support for the 2011/2012 school year

     

    March 2nd—Walkathon

    We raised over $3700!  Thank you for your support.

     

    March 16th at 7pm—School Night out with the Phoenix Suns -

    SCIENCE FAIR / ART EXHIBIT and Silent Auction - We will be having a silent auction fundraiser during our Science/Art Fair.   We will be asking for items for the silent auction at the end of March/early April.

     

    April—Restaurant Fundraiser.  Restaurant and date TBD.

     

    May 7th-11th—Teacher Appreciation Week

     

    May 14th-18th —Book Fair. Volunteers will be needed.
