The Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association-USA (CBA) hosted its 15th annual conference on June 12, 2010 in USM Shady Grove Center, Maryland. CBA is one of the largest Chinese American professional associations in the United States. Founded in 1995, CBA is an independent, non-political, not for-profit professional organization dedicated to promoting science, technology, and business development in the biopharmaceutical fields by fostering research and business collaborations around the world.
With a theme of “Biopharmaceutical Medicines: Development and Commercialization without Borders,” the 15th CBA Annual Conference featured a special program “An Emerging Center for Biopharmaceutical
R&D - Showcasing China’s Biotech Parks and Partnering Opportunities” to expand the interactions between the Hi-Tech Parks in China and the biopharmaceutical industry in the US.
