Message from Dr. Veronica Hunnicutt
Dean of the Office of Student Affairs
The Excellence Program is a tribute to some of the many heroes and heroines at City College of San Francisco. By their unselfish hard work and devotion to CCSF principles and students, they model for the rest of us the attitudes and behaviors we need to possess to be excellent in the performance of our responsibilities.
These individuals are determine, focused and dedicated to creating and maintaining an academic environment, which is conducive of learning and achievement. They understand that they must work hard to meet the challenges the College faces in these dire times.
Some of these honorees have transcended personal illness. Others have sustained personal loss. All of these individuals encourage us to work hard in the best interest of our students and College community.
It is with great pleasure that I present to you our Office of Student Affairs Phoenix and Excellence Program award recipients of 2011.
Dr. Veronica Hunnicutt
