We will have a team meeting at 8:10am in W606 on May 22nd. This will end at some point during Advisory. Juniors have a mandatory meeting during advisory so this meeting had to start before school. If you can not attend the meeting please see Ginger to pick up the information you missed.
Congratulations to our Seniors that are continuing their soccer careers into college:

I will have a Spring Meeting at the Middle School the first week of June. At this meeting the girls will let me know where they play in the summer so I can get out to as many games as possible. I will also talk about summer fitness, fundraising and camps.
Tryouts will start on August 12th. Make sure all waivers and physicals are completed and up to date this summer.
Acceleration MN will be offering a Summer Running and Strength camp starting inJune after school is out. Please see Ginger for details or look at the board outside the weight room for information.
After completing my one on one meetings with my players this past Fall, we have come up with some new ideas for next year. I am looking into the possibility of doing soccer specific training once a week all summer before FIT. A good way for these girls to stay connected. More information this Spring.
Every girl should be getting in some strength training during the off season. Many exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment or at a local gym. Ask me for ideas of exercises or programs.
