In order to be successful, we know that the support and involvement of the parents will be of utmost importance. Your first opportunity to show your support will be to become a member of the Chaffee Trail Elementary PTA. We encourage each of you to show your commitment by joining. Annual dues are only $5.00 per person and it makes a huge difference for the school. Please join today by completing the PTA Membership Form located below in the IMPORTANT FORMS section (located below) and returning it, along with payment, to the school in an envelope marked PTA MEMBERSHIP.

We are looking for candid pictures of your children to include in our yearbook. If you take pictures of your child at school activities through out the school year, please email them to katemouchabush@yahoo.com. Be sure to include the school event and teacher's name.

5th GRADE YEARBOOK DEDICATIONS

Here is your chance to say all the things you’ve longed to say about your 5th grade son or daughter. And the best part is, it will be printed in the yearbook to cherish for a lifetime! Order forms for 5th grade dedications went home Friday, September 17. If you would like to place a dedication, please follow instructions on the form and return to school. Dedication deadline is December 3, 2010. If you have not received a copy of the Dedication Order Form, there is one available in the IMPORTANT FORMS section on the bottom left of the page.
