Three Months Down

Still living in Brisbane but I have been traveling every weekend for the past five weeks. First I went to Sydney, then Byron Bay, the following weekend I went to Morten Bay to Stradbroke Island, then to Fraser Island- the worlds largest sand island and then tomorrow I leave to go to Heron Island. It will be my first time in the Great Barrie Reef. AND if you know me well enough- you'll know this may be the greatest moment of life. I have been dreaming of seeing these reefs since I was Jaques Cousteau on hero day in the 4th grade.

I will take tons of photos and will post them ASAP! Im sure I will be super excited.

I have no travel plans as of yet for the next few months. I plan to not leave Oz until I get to the Witsundays and the Outback - But my best friend Natalie might be visiting soon and we will hopefully get to go someone cool!

Australia Action

My trip so far has been amazing! I still have a month before classes start so there is plenty of time to explore. Unfortunately, it is the rainy season, so all of the best beaches are flooding. We are working on weekend trips to places like the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Also trying to fit in a trip to Sydney sometime.

So far we have been to the local pool which is fashioned as a beach. I've met a ton of nice people, both from abroad and from Australia. Its been a blast!
