Now is the time to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA helps your colleges/tech schools determine how much financial aid you might be eligible to receive. The sooner you complete you FAFSA, the better! Visit http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ for more information. If you need help with your FAFSA you are welcome to attend our FAFSA Completion Workshop on February 15th (see the calendar above).
All juniors have been provided with a free online ACT prep account. We encourage all juniors to login and take the ACT practice tests so they can be more prepared for the Prairie State Achievement Exam (Day 1 is the ACT). The PSAE is scheduled for April 24th (ACT) and April 25 (Work Keys test). Juniors have plenty of time learn about the types of questions that will be asked and how to pace themselves for this important test.
