Even if you have sent our contact information to your instructor / testing center, you still need to complete the Jackson County Learning Center's Test Proctoring Request Form. Complete page 1 and 2 of the form and return to the JCLC front desk staff. Page 3 contains our contact information for you to give to your instructor and the guidelines for making your testing appointment.
