Bright, cheery, and recently renovated, this spacious studio apartment sits directly on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located at #2 Condado Avenue in the heart of the posh Condado neighborhood of San Juan, right next door to the San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. The La Concha Resort is a few blocks down the beach to the west.

The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side (facing North) opens up to tropical breezes and a fantastic panoramic vista, beautiful from sunrise to sunset. When you want to shut down, the black out curtains will allow you to sleep late in the morning or siesta in the afternoon.

Owners note:

My pictures don't really show how beautiful the apartment and the view truly are. I renovated the apartment in the fall of 2009, putting in all new floors in natural travertine stone. The apartment was repainted in the fall of 2012. I live in the building and am able to stay on top of maintenance issues replacing items as needed.

With a whole wall of windows on the ocean side, the wide open panoramic vistas give the studio the feel of a much larger space. I absolutely love it here and my goal is that you will as well.
