If their is only discomfort, a heat pack would better suffice.
If the Centipede bite is itching, apply an anti itch cream like Hydrocortisone. Wash the region with soap and water, you don't want any infection. Just to be on the secure side let me re-iterate, most home Centipede stings probably will not be felt by you.
