The latest version of Crazy Taxi is available for download or shipping, and there are plenty of new features that make this classic relevant and fun for the next generation of gaming systems. But, don't expect much in terms of new content, graphics or music. Many fans were hoping for more visual eye-candy and a soundtrack that was on par with earlier versions and they were disappointed to discover that nothing much changed at first glance.
Well, this is true, but many people don't care too much about changing the visuals and audio, rather they prefer to play the classic arcade game the way it was initially released. There is nothing wrong with the latest version of Crazy Taxi, and in fact, there are more options available as well as a lot of little Easter-eggs in the game to make it incredibly fun, challenging and entertaining. So as long as you don't expect much in terms of how the game looks, you will be delighted and find many hours of dodging traffic while scaring your passengers into paying you more money as you drive like an absolute maniac.
