*2bd 1 1/2 ba - private entrance, deck, two floors, w/d hook up -$749

*2bd 2ba - private entrance, w/d hook up, large private decks - $795

*2bd 2ba Condo - private entrance, laundry room, vaulted ceilings, attached garage, large private patio - $1100

 

Deposits:

- Start at a half month's rent

- With approved credit you can purchase a Sure Bond, a one time non refundable fee of $87.50!

- We do accept approved Co-Signers

 

*Crosscreeks is a pet friendly community! We allow up to (2) pets per apartment.  Dogs Welcome! (Breed restriction on dogs - ask for details)

 

Pet Fees:

- Dogs - $150 non refundable pet deposit

   $25 for (1) dog and $40 for (2) dogs (extra per month)

- Cats - $150 non refundable pet deposit

    $20 for (1) cat and $30 for (2) cats (extra per month)

 

All of our apartment homes offer gas heat and central air (except the 2bd 1ba all electric for $599) Dishwashers in all our homes!

 

Water, sewer and trash removal is included with your rent!
