Family Fun Field Day: Sat. June 2nd 10:00 am - 1:00 pm on the grounds at St. Paul's. Fun for the whole family! Cost $1.00 per person & humane society needs item. See flyer at under forms.
July 2012
Twilight Parade: Tue. July 3rd 6:00 pm gathering time. More details to follow, but we hope to see our boys join other scouting units in walking in the Highland Twilight Parade.
City Hike: Sat. July 14th More details available at Crossover.
Camp Betz Family Camp: Weekend of July 27 - 29th. Camp overnight or come for the day, either way it's great fun. Early Bird regsitration by May 25th.

All scouts, other children, parents and drivers will need to meet in room 52, NO LATER THAN 2:50 p.m.
* Drivers will need to park in the Early Childhood Center parking lot, located on the north side of the school property. Please come in those doors and go to room 52 to gather.
* All scouts need to be in their Class-A uniform. Clean, Neat and Complete is the motto of the day.
* Cameras are allowed, but please ask permission first. Also, please follow all requests from military personnel if asked not to take pictures of certain items and/or areas.
* Due to the NATO Summit in Chicago, the National Guard units are hosting additional Regular Army aviation and security units. As it was put to me "there are a lot of helicopters there". As of the date and time of this e-mail, they have not canceled our visit due to this summit. However, the National Guard is currently operating under Federal Command. Things can change, depending on the level of alert that the units are on. We need to understand and be flexible is our trip is cancelled with little or no notice.
Scouts (and parents) are invited to join for this annual service project to lay flags on the graves of Veterans for Memorial Day. Boys need to be in their Class A uniforms.
Scouts will be paired with American Legion veterans to learn proper methods and ettiquite for honoring our service men and women.
Meet directly at Concordia.

cost: $1.00 per person & donation of item for Calumet Area Humane Society.
DEADLINE for early bird registration for Camp Betz family camp weekend (or Saturday only) for July 27 - 29th. Cost will increase $10.00 per person after today.
