Welcome - We'd like to share our trip with you

Dear Friends, Family and strangers who may have stumbled upon us,

Welcome to our site.

Dave and I took a trip this September (2009) to Bigfork, Montana, Glacier National Park, and the Canadian Rockies.

The cameras worked overtime and we kept busy; we racked up over 1700 miles on our little Nissan Rogue rental car during the week we were away. We spent two days traveling to and from home, so the milage was compiled mainly in the five full days we spent sight seeing.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary while we were away.  Thank you to the girls for holding down the fort and babysitting their four-legged "brother".

We hope to return to the Flathead Valley where we left behind beautiful vistas and new friends.

Enjoy our photos and the brief descriptions of each leg of our journey. Please feel free to post your comments on the guest book.  We'd love to hear from you!

Cheers,
Dave and Kristen

Dave and Kris, Beautiful pictures I saw a couple I would like to have developed to frame in my house...can I do that. Good to see Dave got some time off from the Honey do List to play some golf! It was fun to browse through all the pictures, I was excited to see all the different pics you added in the photo book. Thanks for inviting me to view the pics. Love, Maureen

Hi Dave and Kristin! Love all the photos! Thanks for the kind words about our cottages and all of our friends here in the Flathead Valley~We hope you return soon so we can share more of our lives and beautiful surroundings with you! Shelli & Cal

Visit these websites to see our favorite places

Flathead Raft Company -- Cory was our awesome guide.
Artemis Acres -- If you want to go Horseback riding, you'll need this link! Visit Cecil and Izzy -- enjoy!
The Raven, home of lakeside sunsets and "Taco Tuesdays"!
Our Canmore, Alberta accomodations -- recommended
Bridge Street Cottages - our "base camp" - definitely NOT Camping, though!
We would stay here again any time!  We loved everything about our cottage.  The property was so well kept and colorful flowers bloomed everywhere.  The cottage itself was spotless and the bed so comfortable!  It is the best place in the Flathead Valley.
