This site was primarily created in an effort to keep past and present members
better informed of current happenings and upcoming events on Dean Street.
As a company we pride ourselves on those who came before us, cherishing
the knowledge and heart they have past on, knowing full well that they have
never really left. Engine Company 219 and Ladder Company 105 have
been providing continuous service to the citizens of New York City for 125
years. Speaking on behalf of all the officers and members that have ever
responded from Dean Street, I believe it is safe to say that we have loved every
minute of it. We hope you enjoy exploring this site and gain an understanding
of the long-standing tradition that envelops our firehouse. We thank you for your
